Okay, so I ordered on Aug 12, and the delivery date was the 21st. The 21st came, I never got a package, and the time never updated. Then finally, on the 25th, it sent me an email that it would be coming on the 31st.

My package
I have still not received any word on how you guys are gonna compensate me for a late package that was supposed to be expedited 1 to 3 day shipping so that it could arrive on time for a birthday party and I paid a lot of money just for it to show up late.
